OREGON SCREENING CRITERIA

Rental Units are not held, reserved or secured until a rental agreement or reservation deposit has been signed and payment made. We process application very quickly and units rent fast.

Oregon Criteria:

Deposit is Based on Credit Score and background. 

700+ 699-650 649-550 550 and Below
$0.00 security deposit 1/2 MONTH’S RENT 1 MONTH’S RENT 1 MONTH’S RENT + Co-signer*
These are subject to adjustment based on complete credit history, background check, and rental history. If an applicant has no credit score due to no activity, we will require a minimum of 1 month’s rent and/or a co-signer.

We can except co-signers* with minimum 720 score and must own a home.

*Co-signer Requirements
  • Monthly income must be equal to 3 times rent and must be from a verifiable legal source
  • No adverse rental history
  • Credit score 700+
